ABOUT
Bahamas Oil Solutions Limited (BOSL) was officially founded in 2018 by President and CEO, Greg Smith.
Having foresight of the great need for oil solutions services and products in The Bahamas, Greg Smith-President & CEO, began extensive research in 2012. He then formulated the concept of BOSL, which would provide solutions to both The Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands region.
A strategic relationship was forged with global oil solutions industry giant - ELASTEC American Marine in 2014, where Greg immersed himself in training of the company's products and services, allowing BOSL to provide the following:

Gregory K. Smith
President & CEO
Greg Smith graduated from Bethune-Cookman College (now University) in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. He holds over 25 years of extensive managerial & entrepreneurial experience. He furthered his education in oil solutions and other related environmental fields, attaining Elastec's "Hazardous Materials Specialist Certification" among others; then successfully launched a consortium of industry related companies in the last decade. A native of Nassau, Bahamas, Greg relocated to Grand Bahama as a child with his family. Having served as Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce President in Grand Bahama, Greg's commitment to enhancing business and his community, has and continues to be a focal point of interest to him. He is the proud father of three children - one son, & two daughters.
Roger Rolle
Financial Manager
Roger Rolle graduated from Bethune-Cookman College (now University) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He went on to receive an MBA at Nova Southeastern University in 1993. Mr. Rolle boasts more than twenty years in the finance industry, serving as an accountant and auditor. He is also the President & CEO of "Rags to Riches Consulting Company Limited" located in Grand Bahama. Mr. Rolle is the proud father of two children- one daughter, and one son.
Dominique N. Smith
Marketing Manager & Web Developer
Dominique Smith is the second born, and eldest daughter of Gregory Smith. Born and raised in Grand Bahama, she attended The College of The Bahamas before enrolling at South Dakota State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. Ms. Smith is an experienced Public Relations and Human Resources professional, and a self-published children's author.
